2. Your front page must have some Google PageRank
3. The page were our link is placed is accessible for the user with maximum two clicks from the start page and not hidden in any form.
4. Your website must be relevant to one of the following topics:

   2. Hotel Bookings in Spain Florida or London
   3. Commercial Property in Spain
   4. SEO / Internet Marketing
   5. Jobs in Spain. Florida or London
   6. Florida Information
   7. London Information
   8. Spain Information
   9. Vacation Rentals USA
5.  There must not be more the 50 other outbound links on the page were our link is placed
6. The page has a static URL and our link will constantly be placed under the same URL
7. We do not accept sites made entirely in frames or flash
8. The site must be available in English
9. The site must comply with general guidelines for submission to the Clever Directory

IMPORTANT WARNING: Do not submit sites which are non compliant with the Google quality guidelines for webmasters: SPAM will be reported to Google, no exeptions!
